Middle School Weekly Events: Jan. 9-15, 2012

Hi Middle School Youth!

We are back from an absolutely amazing trip to Orlando! We were able to learn and share about God’s Kingdom while visiting the Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom in Disney! The students were able to take what they learned from our weekend devotionals and tell other what “God’s Kingdom” is about through their words, actions, and even when they were asked about their shirts! A BIG thank you to all of the chaperone that went with us! All of your were so helpful in making it a safe and fun trip for these kids.

We are back in the swing of things this week! We will have ReFuel this Wednesday and our first CrossRoads of the new year this Sunday! I hope to see all of our youth there (and some new ones too)! I have missed them greatly! We will be talking about being a New Creation in Christ this New Year!

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!” 2 Corinthians 5:17

This week we will meet in the South Campus Sanctuary because we are opening our usual space to the Created By God bunch! Please check out our weekly events calendar attached to your weekly email (or click here: Middle School Youth Events January 9-15, 2012 )! I have put in some upcoming dates for you to mark on your calendars!

Registration for Spring Confirmation has begun! Parent Orientation meeting will be held on February 19th @1:30 in the South Campus Sanctuary. Sessions will begin on February 26th. You can find the Spring Confirmation registration form and calendar attached to your weekly email on this website under the forms section (or click here: Confirmation Registration Form Spring 2012  and Spring Confirmation 2012 Schedule) and at all the information stations at each campus!

Hope all of you have begun a very happy New Year! Looking forward to another year of serving God and serving in this ministry with you!

In Him,

 Kimmie
